Working with a private Client, we developed and delivered a 1000 square foot new-build roof extension. The two bedroom unit sits on top of an existing two floor photography studio, adjacent to the London Over ground where the trains can be seen passing at eye level through a large corner window. The main living space has been maximised in the design, with an impressively large opening skylight in the roof. Externally the new unit is clad in anthracite standing seam zinc, outward ly displaying the contemporary nature of the unit and contrasting with the traditional London Stock brickwork of the studio below.
