Forming part of the prestigious Grosvenor estate this Grade II listed building underwent substantial redevelopment and refurbishment. Project was developed alongside Clive Sall Architecture who obtained planning permission for a substantial basement and Ground floor extension providing a roof terrace on the extension with views over the Chelsea barracks. The construction works and site project management was carried out by BUILT Limited. The outcome of this project provides highly crafted rooms which are themed and decorated to achieve a bespoke high-end home which is opulent and comfortable. The home benefits from air conditioning, state of the art audio visual and wireless controlled lighting/sound/heating system. Part of our scope was to deliver a hard landscaped garden with an incorporated attenuation tank to manage water runoff.
